I’ve decided to remove my last post, but I want to be very clear that I am not removing it because of your constant demands to “remove it right now.” I asked you several questions because my only concern was making sure Angus ends up in a safe, stable home that is truly in his best interest. You have repeatedly chosen not to answer those questions, and instead the focus has been on demanding that I remove the post.
I have tried to help you find a good home for Angus, including presenting you with someone who was genuinely interested in taking him. At this point, I have done what I can. I’m not going to continue arguing, defending myself, or acting as the middleman.
I will remove the post because I have decided that I am stepping away from this situation—not because you demanded that I do so. Whatever you ultimately decide to do with Angus is now entirely up to you.
As a breeder who places puppies with families, I have always cared deeply about what happens to them after they leave my home. I do my best to make sure they are going to the right people and that they have the best possible future, but I also understand that there is only so much I can do once a puppy is no longer in my care. There comes a point where I have to recognize that I cannot make the decisions for someone else or control what happens next. I have done what I can for Angus, and this is one of those times when I need to step back and walk away.
