Meet Cali!
Cali is an adorable Lab mix with a sweet and gentle soul. Born to a feral mom, she and her siblings spent the first couple of months of their lives without much human interaction, so she’ll always be a bit shy. But once Cali warms up, she’s the most easygoing and lovable companion you could ask for.

Cali adores other dogs and finds confidence in following her four-legged foster siblings. She’s doing great learning the ropes, including house training and using the doggie door. At night, Cali cozies up in bed with the children in her foster home (they even argue over whose turn it is to snuggle with her!).

🐾✨ Meet Bishop – A Quirky Lovebug ✨🐾

Bishop isn’t your typical pup — and that’s exactly what makes him so unforgettable. 💙

Born in June 2024, this small terrier mix came into rescue emaciated, covered in skin issues, and believed to be completely blind. But Bishop is a fighter and with love and care, he’s transformed into a healthy, joyful dog.

🔎 What we’ve learned?
He’s not totally blind — Bishop can see up close, track light and shadow, and recognize large shapes. Once he maps out his environment, he confidently navigates like any other pup (plus a few adorable zoomies).

✨ Why Bishop is Amazing:
• House-trained & crate-trained — tell him “go to your room,” and he heads right to his crate like a pro
• Lives with dogs, cats, and farm life
• Learning leash walking and improving every day

Meet Plum — sweet and playful, this little pup is always on the go!

Plum is one of mama Sweet Pea’s 11 puppies! Sweet Pea, the sweetest mama dog, was dumped at a church in rural Alabama and developed a relationship with the kids nearby. When it became clear that she was pregnant, one family took Sweet Pea home and gave her a safe place to have her babies. The puppies were born October 20 and have known nothing but safety and love ever since.

Plum loves to play. She loves toys, and her favorite pastime is finding sticks in the yard. She will follow you around and wait patiently for your attention. She has an adventurous spirit and enjoys car rides.

Plum is on track be a medium to large dog when full grown, possibly 50 lbs, give or take. Plum is working on potty training in her foster home, but her forever family will have more work to do since she is just shy of two months old (as of mid December).

❄️Lobo❄️
This handsome guy is Lobo ❤️ He is a gorgeous white Husky with piercing blue eyes.

Lobo is a total sweetheart but he is a typical Husky who needs an experienced owner and a sturdy fence. Lobo is a big, strong boy who loves playing outside but also also enjoys being a couch potato and watching tv while he enjoys a good chew bone.

Lobo is doing well with his house training and is good in his secure crate. He is fine with other dogs with proper introductions and loves every person he meets. He can still get a bit excited when meeting new people and may need to be reminded of how big he is.

Lobo would be best as a companion dog where he can go on fun hikes and walks or runs where he can got out his Husky energy. He would be fine with older children but might be a bit to rambunctious for young children.

🐾 Kid & Dog Friendly: Izzie gets along well with children and other dogs, but her favorite place is by her human’s side. She’s a loyal companion through and through!

🐾 Dogs Are a Commitment — Not a Convenience 🐾

We’re going to say this loud for the people in the back:

👉 Do not get a dog if you’re not ready to show up — every day — for their health, their happiness, and their behavior.

Dogs are not disposable.
They are not lawn ornaments.
They are not cute accessories until they become “too much.”

They are living, breathing, feeling beings who depend on you to advocate, to care, and to follow through. Vet visits. Training. Walks. Food. Patience. Time. Love. That’s what you sign up for.

And when life gets hard?
You honor the commitment.
You don’t abandon them. You don’t look the other way when they’re in pain. You don’t neglect them and call it love. You step up, or you get help — but you don’t give up.

We see too many dogs discarded when they become “inconvenient.” Dogs with treatable issues put down because someone couldn’t be bothered. Dogs whose whole world revolves around a person who walks away without looking back.

🐶✨ Meet Poncho – The Teefy Grin Champion! ✨🐶

Looking for a pup who’s equal parts sunshine, splashes, and silly grins? Meet Poncho, the medium-sized adventure buddy with the cutest little teethy smile you’ve ever seen. 😁

Poncho’s story started a bit rough. As a puppy, he was scared and unsure of people then heartbreakingly, his mom was hit by a car. That moment changed everything. He was finally caught and brought to safety, and now? He LOVES people, especially kids! He’s made a full 180 and is one of the happiest, most affectionate pups around.
