This event venue is one of Birmingham’s hidden treasures. Resting on acres of land while located near restaurants, shopping and hotels for your guests, Swann Lake gives you the feel of the country and the convenience of the city. The stables feature 4 rustic stalls, an indoor balcony, grand room with built in bar area with iron chandelier, a stone patio that wraps completely around one side of the

stables with a grand stone fireplace and a huge manicured grass lawn. The property also has various outdoor options for wedding ceremony locations and pictures, including areas along the beautiful Little Cahaba River. This property is truly special and will make your next event one your friends and family talk about for years to come. Swann Lake is a private residence and can be toured in person by appointment only. However, please feel free to explore the stables, property and past events through our website.
