I send out reminder texts to every customer. If you can not call me or text me to let me know you are not coming you will be charged 50% of the service you no showed for before your next booking.

When you no show I cannot call someone on my waiting list to fill your spot. Which in return is taking away from the money I am making to pay my bills.

Today I received a text that ask me when is my next available appointment asap. I looked at the dog and knew it could not stay in the condition it was. So I told Callie to bring it on.
The dog’s name is Marley and he came from GBHS. When Marley got here he smelt and looked like he had been setting in urine. My whole shop smelt awful. The dog was one large mat. We got him bathed and cut and then rebathed and then a touch up. Here are before pics and after pics.
He was set to pass away today. Please someone rescue this precious standard poodle. Contact me and I can get you in touch with the new rescue who has him. He is with First Choice Rescue and Sanctuary. You can reach out to them.
