I send out reminder texts to every customer. If you can not call me or text me to let me know you are not coming you will be charged 50% of the service you no showed for before your next booking.

When you no show I cannot call someone on my waiting list to fill your spot. Which in return is taking away from the money I am making to pay my bills.
