You can literally be minding your business but somehow, some way, a homophobe will find their way to spread hate on a post thats 4 years old

I’m pretty sure they’re a troll/bot acct so I deleted and blocked the account, but what a waste of time and energy to do stuff like this.

Like who does this on a page about acceptance and loving rats? 🫩

Due to the influx of messages I’ve been receiving for baby rats and taking in rats I did not produce, I’m going to address it again.

Regal Squeaks Rattery is indefinitely CLOSED. I do not have any rats available, all I have are personal pet rats that I am not parting with.

I only take back rats I adopted out if their owner cannot care for them anymore. In rare instances I will take a rat that doesn’t belong to my Rattery if one of its cage mates were from my Rattery.

Other than that, I do not take in rats that are not from my Rattery, from pet stores, nor am i a rescuing entity that takes in accidental litters, elderly rats, etc. I unfortunately do not have the means to be a rescue.

I am still available to homes ive adopted to for resources, surrenders, and advice, though I will take longer to respond.

I encourage anyone who is interested in my rattery to read my posts to stay up to date.

As of today, Rowdys Rattery To The Ark Rattery, Happy Tails Rodentry, and Soul Sucker Exotics. are still operating so feel free to reach out to them for ratties!

Adult Ratties 👀 for a 🏡 (All under a year)

I wanted to post my adults to ensure they get a 🏡 first. Babies will always get a 🏡 and I will post them later, I just want to give my adults a strong chances. Males first, then females.

Regal Squeaks Rattery will be on an indefinite hiatus as we take time to focus on my health and other personal commitments. I don’t know how long I will be on break, or if I will even start back adopting out to the public again. I’m hoping this break will allow me to make that decision. Lately, I’ve missed just having rats as just pets, without all time, work and energy it takes to be a rat breeder. (it’s definitely a lot of work.)

I will have one last litter that will be 👀 for a 🏡 at the end of January and possibly a few retired adults 👀 for 🏠s as well. As always, I appreciate your understanding and unwavering support during the last five years and look forward to what the future may bring.

Also please know that I will always be available to my ratty peeps if you ever need advice or need to surrender your rats. They will always have a home with me.

There’s suppose to be inclement weather at the end of the week, a chance of possible snow and I’m pretty sure yall know we Alabamians can’t drive in the snow lol

So if you were going to pick up rats this week/weekend be advised that there is a possiblility we have to change the pick up date to a later one. I’m so sorry for any inconvenience!
