Story Time:
Richard Walton and Roger Tackitt Met and Formed a Friendship in the Early 2000 I believe. Richard Walton was the Main Trainer at the RRW Ranch. He formed a partnership and finished out His First Cutting Horse of the Tackitt Bloodline.
Through the years That bloodline produced 100’s of Horses and That Bloodline helped Train Many of our Cowboys / Cowgirls
to be Better Horsemen & Trainers.
Jeremy Foster, CJ Walton, Rustin’s Walton, Riley Walton, Rena Walton Foster, Weston Foster, Justin Foster, Bryer Cowen, Lyllian Walton, Rintin Walton, Kaitlyn Walton, Reece Walton, Randen Walton, and many other Adults & Kids have been raised on these Horses.
In the early days Jeremy Foster and Rustin Walton were the bronc stompers.
Jeremy started working for Angela Ball cutting Horses as Her 2/3 yr old trainer.
Then Jeremy went on to Become Greg Buetenmillers 2/3 year old trainer as well as Ryan Moores.
Richard Walton worked and Rode with some of the good ones in the cutting horse industry as well Like Stanley at the 11 point Equine Ranch and many others.

Now Richard & Jeremy Shares the Role of Head Trainer at the RRW Ranch.
Riley Walton and CJ Walton also train on The RRW ranch.
They are not Training outside Horses at this time.
We have been focusing on training only our & Rogers Crop of Horses.
Some of us have been taking a much needed rest from the industry, while others have been getting some of our horses finished out.

Looking back at the many years of training and hard work our family has put into horses I am so proud of Them & This Ranch!

We are very proud to Own, Raise and support this Bloodline.

12 yr old. Gelding. papered.
Double bred Peppy San badger and Out of a Own son of Greys Star Light.
Shiney has had 90days cutting training as a 2year old. He has had continual flag work.
He is a Ranch Horse!!
This is a Horse that can go any direction.
He has had numerous hours on the Hot Heels.
He has Seen live cattle and has been started on them for both Head Side & Heel Side of Team Roping.
He is ready to take to the Rodeo or Team Roping practice…He Just needs wet saddle pads on Live Cattle.
He has had over 90 days of Barrel Horse Training.
He has the foundation…it’s all there…
He was ready to be hauled down the road and We pulled Him from Barrel Racing for a extra horse for Team Roping.
He would do fine in any setting.
Looking for a Team Sorting Horse prospect…He’s right here & got all the training to do it!

Shiney has been to Horse Shows & Fun Shows.
He has been down several Trails.
He has been to Cross Country Trails Rides & down their trails.

This is a All Around Sound Guy!!!

He will require a Rider that knows how to Ride.

He is our personal Horse and we are selling him due to no fault of his own.

This is the first time Maggie was road outside of the Arena at CCTR on a the 4th of July.
She’s had many rides now down at the trail rides this summer…Exposed to all kinds things…
River, Vehicles, Side by Sides, Dogs…you name it!
