Are you an experienced groomer who loves dogs, enjoys a fun work environment, and takes pride in delivering top-notch grooms? Paws & Reflect Pet Salon is looking for someone just like you!

We’re a busy, high-energy salon where the dogs are pampered, the laughs are plenty, and the girls work hard but have a blast doing it. If you’re ready to bring your skills to a place that values quality work, teamwork, and a good sense of humor, we’d love to meet you.

What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years of grooming experience (or a solid portfolio that speaks for itself).
• Confidence with all breed styles and sizes.
• Ability to handle dogs with care and patience — we love them all, even the wiggly ones!
• Great communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Someone who can keep up in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality.

We are hiring at Paws & Reflect Pet Salon...

Do you love animals, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy making people smile? We’re looking for a rockstar Pup-Front Person & Pup Pampering Pro to join our crew!

What you’ll be doing (aka the magic behind the scenes):
• Greeting clients (two-and four-legged!) with top-notch customer service
• Booking appointments like a scheduling wizard
• Handling sales and cash register duties like a pro
• Answering phones with a smile in your voice
• Creating invoices and keeping things organized
• Learning our computer system and pricing setup
• Keeping our front office sparkling clean
• Checking in and out grooming & daycare pets
• Knowing the right questions to ask pet parents
• Communicating with our groomers so everyone’s in the loop
• Helping monitor and care for daycare pups during the day
• Scooping p**p and walking dogs (yup, it’s part of the deal!)
• Assisting in the bath area at least 2 days a week (you might get a little wet!)

You’ll thrive in this role if you:
• Are friendly, detail-oriented, and love multitasking
• Can handle a little chaos with a lot of grace
• Don’t mind fur on your clothes or a wet dog nose in your face
• Are reliable, upbeat, and ready to learn!

Brooke’s Story...

Hello, My name is Brooke Calhoun Odei. I grew up here in Billings Mt and love this place we call home. I am a 4th generation entrepreneur. My parents both owned their own businesses, of which my mom’s being a boarding kennel. The kennel was next to our home, so I quite literally grew up in a boarding, grooming, training facility. I loved the animals. I fell in love with showing dogs, from the age of 5! The passion only grew as I got older. I became increasingly interested in grooming and making the pets look “cute” or the way they were supposed to look. I found it to be an art, and with my training background, I could accomplish this art with all breeds. I saw the dogs and owners needs, and it then became a passion to be able to meet both!

In the summer of 2007 I decided to take the leap and open my own Salon, offering Daycare, Grooming, Training, and Boarding. It came easy and I loved this new venture. Pretty soon I needed help. I decided to start my team. Over the years, Ive worked with, and still work with some incredible people! I truly love being a leader of a TEAM and do my best daily to take care of my team the way I want to be taken care of. We enjoy each other and are like family! I believe thats how work should be.

I love continuing my education, learning and growing. Myself and my team often travel to workshops, seminars, dog shows, grooming trade shows, and competitions. I know I’m such a dog nerd, because these things light me up! I get so excited I can hardly stand it. This is how I know I’m in the right profession!

In February of 2013, I added a Mobile Grooming Salon to the business. “The BUS” is what we call it. This thing is so cool! If you haven’t ever been in one of these, you should come check it out! We come right to your home and bring the salon with, doing everything right in your driveway inside this heated/cooled vehicle. Its really amazing, we have so much fun in this thing.
