M.R. Pup & Stuff Policy Changes

Due to uncontrollable conditions on my part, I have had to make some policy changes to my business.
Effective Feb 1st, 2022

*** Price Increase - There will be an increase in some services provided by M.R. Pup & Stuff. Mostly with normal grooming cuts, ranging between $3-$10. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

***Cancellation Policy - Due to an increase of no shows and last minute Cancellations, I am requiring a minimum of a 24 hours notice of cancellation. If you miss your appointment with no notification to me within that 24 hours, you will be billed for the amount of your appointment and expected to pay, when rescheduling. If you have an emergency, I will take this into consideration. I hate having to do this but it's happening on a daily basis and has been now for quite some time and I have gone above and beyond on my part by sending out 2 and 3 reminders, to help ensure this doesn't happen. Please respond to the reminders and put your appointments on your calendars.

First of all, Thank you for your patronage. And second, thank you for your patience. I love working with your pets and you and I hope we can continue to do so in the future.
