My heart is completely shattered ๐Ÿ’”

We had to lay Lil Jon to rest last night after finding him down, dehydrated, on the wrong side of the fence and worst of all with his butt cheek chewed on. I'm assuming coyotes. I was pouring formula in his mouth and he was gulping it down like crazy but still couldn't get up. I had him propped up on my leg and he could hold his head up but oh so weak. My heart was aching so bad watching him and wondering why I didn't come check on everyone earlier and maybe I could have saved him. He was fighting for his life as soon as I reached him he was reaching for me for something to drink. I honestly have no clue how he was still alive. I gave him some formula and pets before we had to let him go out of pain. That was one of the hardest things I've had to do.
Rest in peace my sweet sweet boy, go run free with your sisters ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ’•
