Mighty Pawz special operations and Humane Society currently has these 2 babies in custody from regional Pocono mountain Police Department. These 2 female approx 6 month old pit bull puppies were found abandoned in a bag at the Pocono Summit Volunteer Fire Company on 4/23/2025 in the AM hours . They are currently in the custody of mighty Pawz and will be seen by a vet ASAP. That the persons bf took the animal and is holding in Allentown ... Please report the person to Facebook and let's get the account shut down.......... Until we have the courage to recognize cruelty for what it is—whether its victim is human or animal—we cannot expect things to be much better...

Please animals are living souls whether it is a dog cat, or bird ... If you are a pet owner you have a responsibility to provide care, shelter and compassion..........

This pup was brought in by the coopersburg police , this is 1 of 3 pups who came to us from the same home......

It's beyond disgusting , that any person would starve an animal, then let others in the sun to rot dead....

We hope the person who's responsible goes to jail and is charged. as of date this is not in the county our officers cover but we will not turn away deprived , starved Animals.
