As many of you know, I have celiac and a severe allergy to gluten. Which for the most part, has been well managed for several years. As of last night; I had a severe allergic reaction when prepping a cake order simply from touching flour without gloves. I've decided for my health I need to take a step back from baking until I can figure out a way to do so safely. I look forward to baking for everyone again in the future when my health is no longer at risk.
