Fireworks are fun for humans, but scary for our furry friends. Here’s how to keep your dog safe this Independence Day:

🐶 Keep Them Indoors
Loud fireworks can cause dogs to bolt. Keep them inside, even if they’re usually okay outside.

🎧 Create a Safe Space
Set up a quiet room with their bed, favorite toys, and some soft music to help drown out the noise.

📍 ID is a Must
Make sure your dog is wearing a collar with up-to-date tags. Microchipping adds extra safety in case they run off.

🚫 Skip the Fireworks Show
Never bring your dog to fireworks displays — the noise, lights, and crowds are too much.

🐕 Walk Before Dark
Get that energy out early with a walk before the festivities begin.

💊 Talk to Your Vet

This is a list of dogs that unfortunately if they arent fostered or adopted will be put down. So I am sharing in hopes that they get adopted ♥️ or fostered. A kind person gave me this info today and I am sharing in hopes that we can spread the word.
