Alright… the guesses were all over the place 👀😂

We saw:
🐾 German Shepherd
🐾 Weimeraner
🐾 Cattle Dog
🐾 Lab
🐾 "some kind of adorable chaos creature"

And here it is -

Rasta is:

👉 63% German Shepherd
👉 21.5% American Pit Bull Terrier
👉 15.4% Supermutt (Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, Boxer)

Which basically means:
✔️ Smart
✔️ Silly
✔️ Goofy
✔️ Sweet
✔️ Stable
✔️ And just enough chaos to keep life interesting 😅

And here's where I'm gonna nerd out for a second 👇

We LOVE genetics over here… and we say it all the time:

👉 You can't change genetics 👈

But that's not a bad thing.

Genetics help us understand:
✨ WHY dogs behave the way they do
✨ WHAT they need from us
✨ HOW to support them better

And honestly?

Rasta is FULL of some of my favorite breeds… and she has been one of the easiest puppies I've ever owned 💛

Not because of luck—
but because she is exactly who she's supposed to be 🐶✨

What if your dog got their own Easter egg hunt this year? 👀🐾

Here's how to do it:
🥚 Grab some plastic eggs (or small containers)
🥕 Fill them with dog-safe goodies (kibble, treats, even pieces of carrots!)
🌿 Hide them around your yard or home
👃 Let your dog sniff, search, and "hunt"

This is SUCH a fun way to:
✔️ Burn mental energy
✔️ Tap into natural sniffing instincts
✔️ Create enrichment without overthinking it

If your puppy is being wild, bitey, zoomie, and completely unhinged…
they might not need more training.

They might need a nap. 😴

Puppies need 18–20 hours of sleep a day to grow, learn, and regulate their little nervous systems.

Without enough rest, you'll often see:
⚡ Extra biting
⚡ Zoomies that escalate into chaos
⚡ Not listening (even to things they KNOW)
⚡ Meltdowns that feel like "bad behavior"

But here's the truth 👇
An overtired puppy can't make good choices.

Sleep is not a bonus… it's part of the training plan.

✨ Build in nap times throughout the day
✨ Use crates, pens, or quiet spaces to help them settle
✨ Don't wait for them to crash—most puppies won't
