🦍❤️ Binti Jua: The Gorilla Who Became a Hero
In 1996, at Brookfield Zoo, a 3-year-old boy fell into the gorilla enclosure, hitting his head and losing consciousness. 😨👶
🔹 As panicked visitors screamed, an 8-year-old gorilla named Binti Jua approached. But instead of harming the child, she did something incredible. 💕
🔹 Like a protective mother, she gently picked him up, shielded him from the other gorillas, and carried him toward the keepers’ entrance. 🚪🦍
🔹 She waited patiently, shaking him lightly until she heard the keepers arriving. Then, she carefully placed him down and walked away, allowing rescuers to help. 👏❤️

Congratulations to Virginia-Certified gelding Arden'slucktobe, who won a $49,245 allowance race last Friday at Laurel! Trained by Diana McClure and raised at her DMC Carousel Farm in Berryville, the son of Madefromlucky beat runner-up Dark Timber by two lengths with Tais Lyapustina up. I just have to say that i will be forever grateful to Lori Bourne for inviting me to see her longtime friend Bobby Montano in his play Small. I have Never Been So Moved by a Performance!!! Lori, Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!! Bobby told us he will be making a stop in Va in the future. I will post the dates and the venue over and over! I will bring everyone i know to see this Amazing Man Tell His Amazing Story!!
