I started my business almost 5 years ago. I started with cages, restraints and muzzles. That lasted only a few months after listening to what the dogs showed me. Iโ€™m not simply bashing all groomers when I make a post like this. I am stating the true, clean cut difference. We all choose how to treat the dogs in our care.
My team and I have had a few clients recently almost demanding we muzzle their dog. Iโ€™ve had a few that have wanted us to complete a groom on an adult dog that had never been groomed. We have rehabilitated countless animals who used to be forced to comply to complete a groom, traumatized, muzzled and or medicated to groom. Please understand there are groomers out there that will fulfill those requests. We are NOT those groomers.
We have a strict code of ethics based off pure animal advocacy, a unique, compassion focused business model that myself and my team will not waiver. All the required documentation prior to any appointment is forth coming with how we operate. We hope all our clients see the true value in the service we offer. We will refuse service to anyone that does not share the same compassionate mindset for their pet.
We believe every dog deserves the experience we offer. ๐Ÿฉต
