We also raise heirloom vegetables free from chemicals, organically~raised eggs, and fruit! We have a wonderful and active CSA and have a monthly meat subscription box! Starting Sunday, May 4th, Two Rock Ranch will be at the Schenectady Greenmarket the first Sunday of every month from 10AM–2PM!

We’ll have our premium pasture-raised lamb cuts and our full line of small-batch seasonings—perfect for spring grilling, slow roasts, or stocking your freezer with local goodness.

✨ Preorders are encouraged! ✨
To guarantee you get exactly what you need, place your order by 5PM the Saturday before market day. We’ll have it packed and ready for easy pickup with your name on it!

Join us at Two Rock Ranch on Saturday, June 21st from 3–7 PM for an unforgettable afternoon of free lamb tastings by local chefs, live Irish music from the New Leaf Band, farm tours, food, and fun!

We’re bringing the community together to celebrate American lamb, local farms, and the people who make it all possible. This is a FREE, family-friendly event and we’d love to see you there!
