If you’ve always want a Chincoteague off the island but without the fuss of the baby years, teaching basic manners, or dealing with the gelding process, then this is your chance! Crackerjack is 3, and has always been wise beyond his years. This old soul is just a calm and collected dude. He takes a bridle, has started ground driving, and knows how to lunge. He’s had a saddle on and didn’t think anything of it, but have been waiting to back him til he’s a bit more grown. He loves people and is looking for his new best friend! ISO: Barn help for horse farm in Berlin, MD. General barn work - stall cleaning, feeding, turn in/out, and occasional grooming/bathing. Thursday and Saturday. Shifts are either PM feed (approx 6 hours: 12pm-6pm) or all day option (approx 7:30-5:30, or you have flexibility to break in the middle of the day for up to 3 hours you need). Must be self-motivated and reliable. Horse experience required.

Can hire one person to fill days, or split between two people. Shifts are either PM feed (approx. 6 hours, you pick start time between 11:30 and 2:30) or all day option (approx 7:30-5:30, or you have flexibility to break in the middle of the day for up to 3 hours you need). Must be self-motivated and reliable. Horse experience required.
