"Dawson is a sweet, rambunctious, extremely curious, playful and still somewhat scaredy cat. He adapted to his new home quickly. He loves his cat tree, scratcher and lasers. He’s already hidden a bunch of mice toys I’ve yet to find. Everything is a toy to be played with or a mortal enemy to be destroyed....
He’s been a wonderful addition to my home and life."

Missing Cat on Assateague Road near Burbage Road. Keep your eyes open for Kenny a 1 year old male cat, sporting the softest furr of orange and white. He went missing 1 week ago. According to family he's the sweetest and laziest cat, and best friends with their youngest daughter. If you've seen Kenny, send a DM and we will contact the family. ❤️

It was quite a sight yesterday on the Ocean City Boardwalk. Several hundred "Helens" were running around the Inlet while taking part in the Ocean City Roper Romp. This was the 3rd annual fundraiser to support Town Cats of Ocean City. This is held on the 1st Saturday of June. Next year, come on down for a unique, fun experience!

For those of you that are asking what a "Helen" is, there was a TV show in the 70's/80's called "Three's Company." Helen Roper (hence Roper Romp) was a character on the show. She had red hair and wore kaftans.

The looks of confusion and comments where hysterical! Many sight-seers had no idea of the Three's Company tv show. Why?, because they were born after the show aired.

Now, for some of you, are you singing the tune from the show? It will be in your head all day!!

This update might not look like much, but we weren’t sure these 4 babies were going to survive less than 2 weeks ago. After many days of around the clock care and yet another ER trip, they’re finally not in critical condition and we’re hopeful.

Kitten season sure is depleting our medical fund (and our energy!) but we’re just relieved babies like this are off the streets and won’t have to suffer alone until they sadly pass away. We are always in need of fosters to help with the easy kittens we have, so that our experienced fosters can take on medical cases like these. (Or if you have experience, that’d be amazing too!)

Please consider joining our foster team and being the reason little lives are saved! 😻

“Please help! I’ve broken my scapula! (Whatever the heck that is…)😿

This nice lady from Town Cats spent all night at the ER with me. I’m told I cost them a lot of money, but I only have toe beans, not money beans… Could anyone please help me repay them?”

We’re not sure what happened to little Forest, but a Good Samaritan found her in rough shape in the middle of the road and brought her to us. After some expensive x-rays, it turns out she has a broken shoulder blade. We’re hopeful that with rest she can fully recover, but if not then she’ll sadly need her leg amputated.

Would you please consider donating toward her medical care at towncats.net, sharing her story, or just sending her all the good recovery vibes? Forest thanks everyone and we can’t wait to share updates on this sweet girl!
