Please help us in welcoming Lucky into our Stay and Train program! We’re completely obsessed with this sweet and squishy fella.

Lucky is here to work on polite greetings, calmly dismissing distractions on leash, addressing some counter surfing, and improving his “leave-it” and “drop-it” cues. We can’t wait to see his progress over the next couple of weeks together!

Upcoming Group Classes:

🐾 Starting Wednesday 7/9 at 6:00 p.m. Teenage Manners Class

Class will cover basic cues, foundational life skills, and handler skills such as leash handling. Lecture will include education on canine body language, continued socialization, and insight on addressing common adolescent concerns. This class is reserved for dogs 4-10 months in age. This class is six weeks long. Each class is about 45 minutes and the cost is $175.

🐾 Starting Wednesday 7/9 at 7:00 p.m. Basic Manners Class

Class for dogs of any age that would benefit from basic manners training and/or refresher. Class covers basic cues such as Sit and Down and life skills such as mat training. Lecture will include education on canine body language, and practical solutions for undesired behaviors. This class is six weeks long. Each class is about 45 minutes and the cost is $175.

🐾 NEW! Starting Saturday 7/12 at 5:00 p.m. AKC Novice Trick Dog Class

This class is a great way to strengthen your relationship with your dog and teach some fun party tricks! Class will cover fifteen tricks recognized by the American Kennel Club. Teams may choose to test for the AKC Novice Trick Dog Title. This class is five weeks long, each class is about 45 minutes, and the class costs $145.

Please help us in giving a warm welcome to the newest addition of our team, Sydney!

Sydney is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA) through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers (CCPDT). She has found her passion in helping dogs and their guardians learn and grow together, creating a more harmonious relationship! She began working in the dog industry as a daycare attendant and instantly fell in love with working with dogs of all shapes and sizes. She began pursuing educational opportunities to increase her knowledge base about dogs and methods for teaching, supporting, and living with them. With the help of her first dog, Bandit, who had some special considerations, she has learned ways to teach dogs and their people that it is safe, fun, effective, and comfortable for all parties. Sydney is also an AKC CGC Evaluator and is currently earning her Family Paws Parent Educator License. She can't wait to meet you and your canine companion!

Please help us in welcoming Corbet into our Stay and Train program! This sweet fella had us smitten the moment we met him. 🥰

Corbet is here to work on his leash manners, polite greetings, practice staying calm while equipment is put on, stationing on a mat, and assessing some digging behavior. We can’t wait to see his progress over the next several weeks together!

Our alumni teams coming back as the assistant dog/handler teams to support new teams is the ✨ magic ✨ in this program.

Congratulations to Team Beau for graduating from our Big Feelings Club!

Big Feelings Club focuses on reducing “reactivity” or pulling, barking, lunging behaviors on leash. This program is best suited for dog-directed reactivity since attendees have the opportunity to pair with our alumni dog/handler teams for practice each week.

This program was created by clients working on “reactivity” and their generous contributions and ideas during focus groups. We’re so incredibly proud of the culture of this program and sense of community it provides to attendees.

We’re hiring Certified Dog Trainers to join our team.

🐾 Special consideration will be given to candidates with proven customer service and “people” skills
🐾 Applicants should be passionate about positive reinforcement dog training methods and will be required to follow our companies values and ethics related to handling and care of our canine clients
