Quinnโs Shamrock Kennels is truly blessed to be celebrating 20 years of service and growth. It is an honor to welcome hundreds of new members to our family yearly and we value the friendships, referrals, and business each of you has given us. Unfortunately, that growth also comes with new challenges and obstacles that have become quite problematic over the last year.
One of the things our customers value most about our boarding facility is that we have limited kennels allowing us to be completely family run and hands on with our guests. We are now finding ourselves frequently at 90 - 100% occupancy, especially during peak season times. Booking to capacity often forces us to turn away clients for boarding. When reservations are cancelled or changed without an appropriate amount of notice we find ourselves with a vacant kennel because the clients that were turned away have already made other arrangements. Due to the loss of revenue as a result of no shows, untimely cancellations, and schedule changes, we are finding it necessary to implement the following addition to our cancellation policy.
***If cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to drop off, client will be charged 50% of their contracted reservation.
***If cancellation is received less than 48 hours prior to drop off, client will be charged for the ENTIRE CONTRACTED RESERVATION.
We value your business and will continue to be as flexible and accommodating to our customers as we can. We know this policy will only affect a minimal number of our guests, but feel it is necessary to help us best serve our valued customers moving into the future.
