We're starting to receive holiday boarding requests, so we thought this would be a great time to share a reminder of our hours.

Please remember that we are a by-appointment-only facility and adhere strictly to scheduled drop-off and pick-up times. Arriving on time helps us provide the best care for all of our guests and keeps everyone's day running smoothly.

📅 Please note: Our 2027 reservation calendar will not open until after Labor Day. We need to get through our busy summer months before we can start thinking about next year!

I wanted to take a moment to introduce one more familiar face you’ll often see around the farm. Our “extra son” — our nephew Gavin — lives in the farmhouse with Nana and is always right in the mix, helping with the kennel and projects on the farm. He never hesitates when I ask him to step in, and we’re so grateful for his help. He has wanted to be a part of this farm since he was big enough to walk and talk!

As you all know, we are proud to be a 100% family-owned and operated kennel.

We thought we’d share this photo so you can meet the amazing kids who are always willing to lend a hand when Don and I need a little extra help.

This picture was taken at a family wedding last weekend. Don isn’t in the photo because he stayed home to take care of our kennel guests - something that is just part of being a family-run business.

📱 August Reservation Confirmations Have Been Sent! 🐾

If your pet has an August reservation with us, you should have received a confirmation text this morning.

Please check your phone and reply with a "YES" to confirm your reservation and secure your pet's upcoming vacation!

Once you reply "YES," your reservation is considered confirmed, and our cancellation policy goes into effect.

Thought I would take a moment to explain why we do things the way we do for all of our new followers.

June finished off as a record month, and July is starting off with a BANG!!
🎇 Bane brought his new brother Blue to meet us. Can you believe he is a rescue? He is such a lover and did absolutely amazing! Love these big boys.
🎆 Gizmo is a new sweet guy from a veteran family that started here with Don & Mary. They said he was a perfect combination of their last two babies and I think that is a perfect description! He has the most gorgeous eyes.
🎇Ginger spent a few days here to prepare for her big upcoming vacation. Dad said “you need to wish me luck being without her”. He takes her with him nearly everywhere, so I think this was more to prepare him!
🎆 This week we have an amazing new set of triplets! Mom took me seriously when I said bring whatever treats you want me to spoil them with. I think Lucy, Luna and Rosie brought the entire treat store with them! They love their treats and the fact that they can hang out together all day long. What a great addition.
Please help us welcome all of these sweet new faces to our kennel family.

For over 20 years, our kennel has been built on family, trust, and personal care. What began with Don Sr. and Mary in 2004 continues today with Don Jr. and Dristie in a 100% family-owned and operated tradition. The same people you communicate with are the ones caring for the dogs and keeping the kennel running every day.

We operate as a by-appointment-only facility because we are dedicated to providing exceptional care, maintaining a clean and peaceful environment, and giving each dog the individual attention they deserve. This allows us to keep things running smoothly and maintain the stress-free experience our guests and their owners enjoy. All arrivals must be scheduled in advance and take place at your confirmed appointment time. We are not able to accommodate drop-ins or unannounced arrivals.

All customer communications—whether by phone, text, or Facebook message—are handled directly by Dristie. This means you are receiving consistent information directly from the person managing the day-to-day operations of the kennel.

We kindly ask that you allow us time to respond to your initial call, text, or message before sending repeated requests or showing up on the farm without a scheduled appointment. Your business is very important to us, and we are not ignoring you—we are simply busy with the many responsibilities of running the business and caring for the dogs. We will respond as soon as we are able.

The personal service and the relationships we've built over the years are exactly what make our kennel different, and keep people coming back. Thank you for continuing to support our family business. We truly appreciate every one of you who make up our kennel family.

Thank you to our kennel family for helping us to cover 3 sets of masks for Berlin Fire Department. Now all trucks will be equipped with life saving masks. Just one more way to help protect all the guests on our farm.

Old customer, new dogs! When a customer walks in carrying a container with her last dog’s name on it in dad’s handwriting, you just have to pause for a moment. We just know he is looking down on us and smiling. He wanted so badly for this farm to stay in the family and we are proud to keep it running and continue to be 100% Family Owned and Operated. It is truly a blessing when customers who have not been here for years, get new dogs and know this is the place they want to bring them. Please join us in welcoming Banner and Alue to our kennel family.

Please join us in welcoming a new pair of siblings to our kennel family. Scarlet and Pork Chop are enjoying a little farm life this week. Their favorite part is the freedom to run and play off leash! Green grass, fresh air, wind in your fur. What more could you ask for?
