What were we up to today ? 🧐

Brucellosis vaccination ! Or “Bangs” vaccinating

Why ?! to prevent the spread of a highly contagious bacterial 🦠 disease that affects both animal health and human safety. Because there is currently no approved vaccine for humans, protecting animal populations is the most effective way to prevent human infection!

We have nearly eradicated the incurable disease with vaccination 💉 and herd monitoring!

All heifers 🐮 under the year of one get a pretty orange tag and tattoo to show they are protected ! Only a licensed USDA accredited Veterinarian can vaccinate and apply these 👩🏼‍⚕️

Hey! If anyone is doing some spring cleaning I will take any donated planters, pots, jars or anything that will hold a plant ! 🌱 🪴

I grow succulents and donate them to the annual plant sale for The Kitten League, drop off any donations to me or the clinic any time ! Just leave in front of the front door. 🚪
