This is your reminder to go ahead and book for the holidays 🦃 🎄

•please be patient with me as I am recieving many calls and texts. I will get to everyone as soon as possible

•I will be enforcing new policies starting November 1.
Ex.) arrival/ pick up policies, cancellation/ no show policies and clean up fees- this really only happwns when your pet is left too long

🐾Upon arrival- please wait in your vehicle and send a text when you arrive. If you arrive early it is possible I with another client and am unable to help you right away. Please be patient.

🐾At pick up- please pick up your dog within 30 mins of the final text message or call saying your dog is done. You will be charged $1 per minute after the 30 mins for a boarding fee.

🐾Cancellation- emergencies happen and weather gets bad- that is the exception- please allow 24 hours to fill the spot if you must cancel

🐾No show- there’s no reason for a no show, you will be charged 100% of your missed groom in order to rebook the appointment
