BOOKING UPDATE:
I have 20 appointments left for this year, yes you heard that right😳 If you are one of mine that waits to book, I highly suggest booking the rest of your spots for the year before they’re gone. Those spots even include my squeeze in room so once they’re gone, they’re gone. I of course save spots for rescheduling when things come up❤️

BOOKING UPDATE!
I have almost filled all my appointments for the year. (I save a couple here and there for rescheduling). If you are a client that waits to book, I’d recommend prebooking for the year to ensure you have a spot. I am completely full November-December but can put you on a cancellation list.

I also have a couple openings for new small/medium dog clients during Tuesday-Fridays next year. You must stay on a schedule!

A friendly reminder and updated policy:

I have been having lots of late drop offs and no call no shows recently. I am very busy and even being even 5 minutes late messes with my day. I understand things happen and come up but when it’s a frequent occurrence, my policies will be enforced.

‼️If you are not here after 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and will be charged for half of that service at next appointment. ‼️

Also, I have a list of clients that want in asap and so when you no show, that leaves no time for me to call someone in and so I am left sitting around and not getting paid for that time reserved.

‼️ If you no call no show, you will be charged for half of service added on to next appointment. After 2 no call no shows, all future appointments will be deleted and filled.‼️
