BERGEN SPAY & NEUTER ALLIANCE is pleased to announce that we are working with MILE HIGH CANINE RESCUE, PAWSCO, COLORADO ANIMAL RESCUE EXPRESS (C.A.R.E), Bissell Pet Foundations FIX THE FUTURE, and the DENVER ANIMAL SHELTER to provide a low-cost spay/neuter clinic in
DENVER, CO, OCT. 9th - 12th and NOV. 6-9, 2025!
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE IN DENVER, CO TO REGISTER!
•ACT FAST! - SPACES ARE LIMITED AND ASSIGNED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS! FEMALE DOG SPACES, AND LARGER DOG SPACES USUALLY FILL FIRST!
•ALL spay/neuter appointments include*: DAPPv/HCP, rabies, microchip, and e-collar - there is no additional fee! (*age appropriate, if needed)
•COST is $50 per cat, $100 per dog - While most pets do not require anything additional, a fee may apply on day of surgery for PETS requiring hernia repair ($45 - 53), being cryptorchidism ($43-85), those needing IV fluids ($12), or other meds such as antibiotics ($5-$25), additional suture ($10ea), etc

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR OWNED PETS:
1. Register using our online form (one form per pet!): https://bit.ly/SIGNUP4BERGEN (be patient, you may need to be automatically redirected to our form).
2. Click our "ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM" link and choose spay/neuter for the appointment type.
3. Enter pet's species/sex, and ACCURATE weight. IF YOUR PET IS GROWING, CHOOSE THE WEIGHT THEY WILL BE AT THE TIME OF THE APPOINTMENT!
4. Click the blue "appointment search" button.
5. Choose from any available DENVER, CO date.
•If no "DENVER, CO" dates are shown, our spaces are full for this pet's sex/size. You can try and register your pet at a HIGHER weight, or join our waitlist: https://bit.ly/WAITLIST4BERGEN.
•HAVE PETS OF DIFFERENT SEXES AND WEIGHTS?: Try to register all your pets, as we may still have spaces for smaller pets, or those of a different sex/species.
6. Complete personal and pet information. Upload a pet photo on page 4.
7. Pay an initial $40-CAT/$50-DOG registration fee on page 5 (you can not pay more here, not even if you want to!). AFTER you register, we credit this non-refundable payment to your pets appointment cost, and send you a bill for the balance due
After payment, you will receive a "pending" email. We will respond within 7 days. Upon review and acceptance you will receive 3 emails (check your spam):
1. Pertinent clinic information (all the info - who, what, when, where, etc.)
2. E-consent form (due within 24 hours of being received)
3. A BILL containing a payment link for your appointment balance. THIS PAYMENT IS DUE by 10am MST on the 1ST day of your pets appointment month!
If you can NOT register online, text 719-285-9788 for assistance. Leave ONE message to avoid delays, AND allow 72 hours for a response. Spaces are assigned on a FIRST TO REGISTER BASIS, so REGISTER ONLINE IF POSSIBLE!
