Happy Halloween from Evie, Grim, and Marshmallow (Marshmallow is not yet available)! 🎃

🧜‍♀️ Evie is a female DSH born in May 2026. She may be a little shy when you first meet her, but once she feels safe and comfortable, her sweet personality really begins to shine! Evie is 100% kitten once she settles into her new surroundings; Playful, curious, energetic, and ready to have some fun! She'll need a little patience and time to acclimate to her new home, but watching her confidence grow will be incredibly rewarding. Evie is looking for an indoor-only home. With proper introductions, she could do well living with other cats, dogs, or children. A loving family willing to give her time to settle in will help this sweet girl blossom into a wonderful companion. If you're ready for a little patience, lots of kitten energy, and plenty of sweetness, Evie is waiting to meet you! Evie is spayed, vaccinated including rabies, microchipped, de-wormed, and negative for FIV/FelV.

🤠 Grim is a male American Bulldog/Pit Bull mix boy born in August 2026. Don't let his tough-sounding name fool you! This handsome guy is 100% puppy! He is playful, curious, energetic, and ready to experience everything the world has to offer. Grim is expected to grow into a large-sized dog, so his new family needs to be prepared for all things puppy and committed to helping him become the best adult dog he can be. He'll need continued work on housebreaking, learning to walk nicely on a leash, basic obedience, and plenty of positive socialization. A fenced yard is preferred but not required, as long as Grim's family can provide him with appropriate exercise, playtime, and enrichment. With proper introductions, Grim could live with other dogs, cats, or children. He's still young and learning, making this the perfect time to help him develop into a confident, well-rounded companion. If you're ready for puppy zoomies, puppy kisses, training, and lots of love, Grim is ready to begin his next adventure! Grim has been neutered, vaccinated according to age requirements, de-wormed, on heartworm/flea preventions and microchipped.

🩷 (Not yet available) Marshmallow is a female American Bulldog/Pit Bull mix girl born in August 2026. She's 100% puppy; Playful, curious, energetic, and ready to fill her future family's life with plenty of puppy fun! Marshmallow is expected to grow into a large-sized dog, so her family needs to be ready for the commitment that comes with raising a big puppy. She'll need continued help with housebreaking, leash training, basic obedience, and socialization so she can grow into a happy, confident, well-rounded adult dog. A fenced yard is preferred but not required. Her new family should be prepared to provide plenty of exercise, playtime, training, and mental enrichment as she grows. With proper introductions, Marshmallow could live with other dogs, cats, or children. She's at a wonderful age to start learning good manners and discovering all the good things life has to offer. If you're ready for a big puppy with a big personality and an even bigger heart, Marshmallow may be your girl! Marshmallow will be spayed, vaccinated according to age requirements, de-wormed, on heartworm/flea preventions, and microchipped.

Cali and Lady GaGa are both excited for Halloween tomorrow! 👻

🐮 Cali is a female Staffordshire Bull Terrier/American Bulldog mix born in July 2018. Cali is a sweet princess who is ready to tap dance her way into your heart. She has tons of energy to run and play. She loves to play with all the toys and loves to be the center of attention. Cali is selective as to which dogs she matches with and would do best in a home without cats. Cali has a congenital skin disease called ichthyosis, which means she was born with a defect in the way her skin cells mature, causing the large scale/flakes across her whole body. There is no cure and symptomatic treatments can help manage secondary infections. Don't let that scare you away, while Cali does require a little more than your average dog, it is mostly making sure she gets a medicated bath twice a week and medication when needed for secondary infections. She has been spayed, vaccinated including Rabies, de-wormed, tested negative for heart worms, and micro-chipped.

🎃 Lady GaGa is a female DSH born in April 2026. This sweet girl may be a little shy when you first meet her, but don't let that fool you! Once she feels comfortable, Lady Gaga is a very loving and affectionate kitten! She may need a little time and patience to warm up to her new surroundings, but watching her confidence grow will be so rewarding. Once she knows she is safe, her sweet personality comes shining through. Lady Gaga is looking for an indoor-only home where she can continue to grow and thrive. With proper introductions, she could live with other cats, dogs, or children. She would do best with a family who understands that sometimes the quieter kittens just need a little extra time to show you how wonderful they are. Give Lady Gaga a chance, and you just might become the biggest fan of this sweet little girl! Lady Gaga is spayed, vaccinated including rabies, microchipped, de-wormed and negative for FIV/FelV.

Thor and Cindy are still searching for their furever homes 🍂

👨‍🍳 Thor is a male Beagle/Hound mix born in April 2018. He loves to be showered in his humans attention, treats, and believes that he's a lap dog. Thor has lived with dogs in his previous home, but can be selective when meeting them. He requires a home with children over the age of 12 and without cats. He would love a fenced in yard to sniff and explore safely. He will need a little refresher on potty training as he learns his new family's routine and will need a little work to not pull on the leash when walking. Thor is ready for a forever home full of belly rubs and treats. He has been neutered, vaccinated including rabies, microchipped, de-wormed, and tested negative for heartworms.

🍕 Cindy is a female DSH born in December 2023. She was found as a stray on BAAP property, so her past is a mystery. Cindy may be shy at first, but with time and patience she comes around. She is a very sweet girl once she gets to know you and enjoys pets and butt smacks. Cindy is looking for an indoor-only home where she can feel secure. With proper introductions, she could live happily with other cats, dogs, or calm, respectful children who understand her gentle nature. If you have a peaceful home and a patient heart, Cindy may be the perfect companion; a quiet friend who will reward your kindness with trust, affection, and soft purrs. Cindy is spayed, vaccinated including rabies, microchipped, de-wormed, and negative for FIV/FelV.

Say Hello to Norman Rockwell and Zeke! 🥰

🥒Norman Rockwell is a male DSH born in February of 2026. He was named after the iconic painter Norman Rockwell. This handsome boy is incredibly vocal and isn’t shy about telling you exactly how he feels, whether he’s asking for attention, playtime, or a cuddle session. Norman is the perfect mix of playful and affectionate. He loves to chase toys, explore his surroundings, and then curl up in your lap when it’s time to relax. With proper introductions, Norman has the potential to thrive in a home with other cats, dogs, and children. Norman is looking for a safe, loving indoor-only home where he can grow, play, and be cherished as part of the family. If you’re ready to add a sweet, talkative, and affectionate kitten to your life, Norman might just be your perfect match. He has been vaccinated, neutered, de-wormed, tested negative for Feline FIV/FeLV, and microchipped.

🌭 Zeke is a male Labrador Retriever born in March 2018. Zeke is a very sweet senior boy who is still searching for his furever home. His favorite thing to do is play fetch with his ball, and if he could he would do so all day! He also loves to play in water, such as pools and lakes. Zeke requires a home with children over the age of twelve, and no other pets as he has a serious dislike for other dogs and cats. He has been neutered, up to date on all vaccines including rabies, de-worming, tested negative for Heartworms, and microchipped.

🐰 Juniper is a gorgeous female DLH born in July of 2025. She came to the shelter in July 2026 in need of a new home. Juniper may act timid, but don't let that fool you! Juniper absolutely loves to be petted, enjoys playing with flirt poles, and is a very curious girl. With proper introductions she could live in a home with other cats, dogs, and children. 🦄 Daisy, dressed as a unicorn, is a beautiful female Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull mix born in May 2025. She was adopted from the shelter as a young puppy, but was unfortunately returned due to not fault of her own. Daisy has been through some training while she has been back at the shelter, but will still need some guidance for things such as potty training, leash walking, and etcetera in her new home. She loves to cuddle, play with all of her toys, and frequently gets the zoomies. With proper introductions she could live in a home with other dogs, cats, and children. Daisy is spayed, vaccinated including boosters, rabies, microchipped, de-wormed, Heartworm tested, and microchipped.

Meet Jovie and McChicken 🧡💜🖤

🦁 Jovie, who decided to dress as a lion for Halloween, is a male American Bulldog mix born in June 2026. He was brought to the shelter due to his last home not being an ideal fit for him. Jovie is looking for a home that will give him the time, patience, and most importantly the love he deserves. He is not potty trained and will need help working on his puppy manners, but if you put the time into him, he will become the best little version of himself he can be. He would love to be in a home with other pets and children. He is neutered, up to date with vaccines including rabies, de-wormed, started on Heartworm prevention, and microchipped.

🐎 McChicken, dressed as a cowboy, is a male DSH born in March 2025. He originally came to the shelter with his mom and littermates, but was able to stay in a foster home until he was ready for adoption. McChicken was adopted as a kitten, and grew up in a home, but was unfortunately returned to us because he did not get along with the other cats in his home. He may act timid at first, but he warms up to people fairly quick. McChicken loves being pet, and his favorite spot is under his chin. With proper introductions he could live in a home with dogs and children, but will need to be an only cat. McChicken is neutered, vaccinated including rabies, microchipped, de-wormed, and negative for FIV/FelV.
