Lemke Berkshire Farms Our Farm We are a small farm with two sows and a boar who are registered with the, American Berkshire Association.

Our goal is to raise premium, all natural hogs and to breed exceptional pigs to continue the Berkshire heritage breed. We sell weaners and we also feed them here on the farm for you until premium butcher weight, which is about 250-280 #'s. We know not everyone has the space or the time to do it, so we are happy to do it for you. Call for an appointment to come out and see the farm and to reserve your pig!

Moving Shirley's litter to the nursery tomorrow! They will only be in there for a week and then comes Laverne's litter. All these little guys are sold and have wonderful homes to go to. Pictures soon!

Laverne has finally decided it's time to have them babies! Milk is fully in and she is laying down in her nice, soft, warm hay. Should be soon, she doesn't waste anytime.

Loooong night! Poor Shirley ended up pushing for 3 hours a big ol' boar! Had the sleeve gloves....but no lubricant. Ran to walmart and rushed to her side, right as she managed it on her own! Three more came out one after the other. So far 7. Could be a couple more.
Going out now to check and take pictures.
