Exercise is beneficial for all dogs. Many dogs are labeled as *difficult*, *aggressive*, *fearful*, or *hard to handle*, and often this stems from their mental and physical needs not being met.
We sometimes choose dogs that don’t fit our lifestyle or select unstable dogs from backyard breeding. However, this doesn’t mean we can’t improve the situation.
I am here to:
1. Help train you
2. Help exercise your dog
Most of the dogs that come to me have a history of reactivity or even biting. Many couldn’t be around other dogs without being muzzled. So, why can they be around other dogs now without muzzles?
The answer is boundaries, training, and exercise. When dogs are pent up and don’t get enough exercise, they tend to have a more reactive temperament.
Therefore, physical exercise will be an essential part of your dog’s life going forward. It’s not a magical solution where you hand your dog off for training, go home, and expect everything to change without making any adjustments or meeting your dog’s needs. That kind of solution doesn’t exist. If someone offers that to you, run in the opposite direction.
Change only happens when you are willing to put in the work. 🤷♀️
