Covin prepping tomatillos for tonight's dinner. Remove paper, blend in food processor with onion and garlic. Throw the blend in the slow cooker with organic chicken breast and/or thighs and cumin for 6 hours. Remove chicken and shred. Then use a slotted spoon to seperate liquid from tomatillo chunks and top the chunky tomatillo goodness on top of chicken . Yum! ( you will have a liquid left over, maybe use it to cook rice?)
