CGL Farms

Since the dispersal of our Boer goat herd in 2014, CGL Farms has started a small herd of registered miniature Zebu.

We have chosen the Zebu simply for their beauty, intelligence, disease resistance, and their tolerance to high heat conditions.

We currently have 3 AMZA registered bulls that are looking for pastures of their own. We have no intentions of breeding in the future and we feel like these boys need to be working.
We are willing to let these boys go for less than their current listed prices.

Kavik has sired all of the calves here on the farm. If we were not dispersing it would definitely be time for him to find a new herd of ladies. He is docile, keeps his distance, works well through the shoot, and is good about hoof trims. Although not halter broke he will stand tied quietly.

Meet Kannon. He was born 10-26-2017. He is pictured at three different developmental stages here.
HIs sire is Bottelberghe Farms Kavik, and his dam is ONT Queen Bee. Photos of sire and dam can be provided upon request. Kannon is a full brother to our other paint bull, Kavalier. He is ready for his own pasture of ladies.

The decision to disperse our herd has been a difficult one. This has been a magnificent, although short journey. I am certain that all of our cows will find the best of pastures to continue their lives as productive animals. Starting today we will feature one or two animals per day. Please contact us directly if you would like additional information on specific animals.
We have priced them very fairly since they all need to find new homes and we are happy to offer lower prices if purchasing multiples. It is my hope that they can at least travel in pairs.
