Will be up for adoption after I spend some time with her! We do NOT normally take in canines but she needed us! Full golden doodle. Like I said earlier, each animal has a story….and with the right family, I will share her story! She will have contingency! She’s SUPER sweet and gentle with grooming. I will finish her tomorrow, she had all she could take today and is resting in the A/C!

Everyone meet “Waffles”! She came to us by way of rescue. She had a brother and 4 sheep cousins with her when found in a pasture in Inman. Although we would love to keep every single animal that we rescue and rehabilitate we only have so much pasture right now! The sheep cousins and her brother found homes, but I couldn’t let her go. She is staying with us forever. Every rescue and rehab has a story and while I don’t know hers, I do know that she’s been left unkept for who knows how long. We have gone through about 8 Farriers now trying to find someone that will cut her feet. They either won’t do donkeys or they’re too bad or whatever, so I guess I’m hitting YouTube and seeing what I can do by myself until one actually shows up. Donations being accepted for her vetting and foot care now! Welcome home “Waffles”!!!!

We are back at it! This weekend we worked hard on cleanup and getting ready for farm stand construction. We planted an apple tree, fig tree, grapes, dog wood, and lots of flowers. Our garden seed are starting to sprout and we look forward to seeing what happens! Also cleaned up for a sunflower photo spot for visitors!
