Sriracha HF is officially a riding horse 🎉

This spicy little mama has an excellent work ethic and loves a puzzle. The most important part with horses like this is keeping the work entertaining for their minds but not too tough for their bodies. She has been an excellent student during her first few rides under saddle!

Our young horse training program includes regular field trip opportunities. These are designed to give young horses experience with show environments, without the A-circuit price tag or pressure. The shows we attend typically cost less than $200/day, including hauling, riding, grooming, and entries. Many of these venues have photographers available to provide high-quality photos that owners can use to market their sales horses.

Happy days - look who has come to visit us for a few days! Valhalla PR (Hal), from our class of 2025 foals.

He is now owned by Chelsea Landes & Robin Kritser at Reunion Farms Equestrian Center. He is a tall guy who is nothing but love. They are doing a great job raising him and he is exceptionally easy to handle, especially for a young c**t!

We are so thankful to have Lindsay Burer, MS - Equine Nutrition Consultant and Bluebonnet on board for feeding our broodmares 💪

Every horse on our property is treated equally - from the retired oldies, to the enthusiastic yearlings, to the newly pregnant moms-to-be, and everyone in between. This includes both our own horses and client horses!

Anyone who has been through pregnancy and growth cycles of horses know that it's up and down on nutritional needs, environmental factors, and individual horse needs. Careful watch of condition changes and prompt dietary & management changes might take a few iffy weeks of troubleshooting, but you'll get your horse looking fabulous again… if you've got the right team!

Feed your recipient mares just as you would the prized mare providing the embryo if she were carrying the foal.

Why? Because what you feed the mare carrying the foal is what’s supplying the nutrition directly to the foal. If the mare has a poor nutritional status at time of transfer, and continues to receive inadequate nutrition throughout pregnancy, it can have negative impacts on the foal’s physical and mental development. It’s just like women taking prenatal vitamins before and during pregnancy.
