We hope everyone is safe and sound from last night’s storm. It looks like we lost 2 trees in the median. No decisions yet on the plan for those. We will have information regarding those and the sign later this month.
If anyone is in need of help with limbs, please reach out to one another if you can help. We have been great at being there for each other in times of need, so let’s continue that.

FRIDAY, JANUARY 12: WE ARE CLOSED TODAY DUE TO HAZARDOUS ROAD CONDITIONS. THURSDAY AND FRIDAY RESIDENTIAL TRASH AND RECYCLING SERVICE IS CANCELED FOR THIS WEEK. WE WILL PICK UP EXTRA TRASH AND RECYCLABLES ON YOUR NEXT REGULAR SERVICE DAY FOR THURSDAY AND FRIDAY CUSTOMERS AND FOR ANY OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT WERE MISSED DUE TO THE WEATHER. PLEASE BAG EXTRAS AND PLACE NEXT TO YOUR CARTS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING.

Now that the 36th street expansion is complete in our area, we can begin replacing the entrance sign. In addition we can clean up the entrance island.
We are looking for ideas of what to do.

Wishing all of our Heartland Hills families a safe and happy 4th of July!

Please remember fireworks hours are until 10pm Saturday and Sunday. Midnight on Monday.
If you need to report after hours fireworks, please call the non-emergency number & NOT 911.

If you have pets it’s a good idea to keep an eye on them & bring them in before dark. Daytime fireworks may scare them away from home. Please make sure they are not getting out while hosting activities and ensure they have a safe place to go during the evenings fireworks festivities.

If you know a veteran in your neighborhood, please reach out and see if there is anything you can do to help them. Fireworks works can be difficult for veterans & others at this time of year.
