Tietjen Performance Horses We offer breeding, training, equine dentistry,colt starting, fix problem horses, lessons and sales. We now accept all major credit cards.

Troy and Terry Tietjen are the 5th generation to live and work on our 500 acre farm. Our goal is to raise horses with good dispositions, correct conformation, intelligence, athlitic ability, good pedigree. Our stallion Nu Acre Chex is the cornerstone of our program, he is the son of Nu Peppy Chex a 2 time World Champion and World Champion producer, his dam Heavens Half Acre is a NCHA money earner

and producer.Our mares are daughters of Smart Little Uno, Genuine Legacy, Strait To Texas, Smart Lil Comanche and Two Eyed Red Buck.

Two Year Old Tuesday!

Did you know Terry has over 30 years of experience in training horses. He has started more colts than he can remember! And it is one of his favorite things to do!

Terry loves to watch a young horse come along through the process. He knows that with a good foundation a horse can go on to be successful in any discipline. We have seen horses Terry has started go to everything from working cattle, trail riding, cutting, barrel racing, roping and even dressage and hunter jumper!!

That is why we always have talented prospects in our barn available for purchase!
