Power outage announcement
Closure Notice

Dear Jax pack,

All Jax locations will be closed today, 11/20 for drop off’s, due to widespread power outage. We do not have a timeline for power restoration. Safety is our main priority.
We have handlers watching the boarding dogs and caring for them.

For questions, please message your location via the Jax app or your account, as phone contact may be limited.

Thank you for your understanding. We hope to resume normal operations soon.
