Just a couple of announcements for the spring season!

☀️We have a new cancellation policy now in effect.
•48 hours before time of service is a $40 fee
•24 hours before time of service is a 50% cost of service fee
•Less than 24 hours OR a no-show will be a 100% cost of service fee.

☘️Starting May 1st we are increasing our prices across the board for all services.

Starting April 14th we will now open at 8:00am on Tuesdays and 8:30am on Saturdays. ☀️☺️

Dear clients and our furry friends,



The holiday season is here! We just wanted to make you aware of some holiday scheduling changes: We will be open an extra day on Monday December 22nd in order to accommodate higher demand for appointments. Additionally on Wednesday December 24th we will be only working a half-day. We will be closing at 3:00pm that day. We will then be closed from the 25th of December until Friday January 2nd.

We also wanted to take this opportunity to thank all of you and your pups for being with us for another fantastic year! We wouldn’t be as successful without your continued support and community response we’ve gotten. Every kind word, and referral to family, friends, and even friend of friends has meant so much to us. We wish you and yours a wonderful holiday season!

Around this time of year some of our clients will leave us some snacks and baked goods, and other treats. We really do appreciate the kind gesture, and while we never expect those sorts of gifts, if you are by chance considering gifting some food/beverages we did want to take the opportunity to make you aware that some of our team do have dietary restrictions and/or food related allergies/sensitivities.
