In-home and residential dog training focused on obedience training and behavior modification. Training programs are individualized to fit the needs of the client and deal with the specific problems of each dog. Owner and Trainer, Michele Calvosa, is a graduate of Bart and Michael Bellon’s NePoPo® Gold School.* She has been an animal lover all her life. She started walking and training dogs for her

neighbors, friends and family, moreover, she taught them how to work with their dogs to achieve the same result. Many years, many dogs, and much schooling later, she decided to start a professional business training dogs. K9 Academy are dedicated to the idea that spontaneous behavior is the basis of training a stable and balanced dog who works with heart and soul to perform on cue. Proper socialization, shaping and developing behaviors in the youngest pups yields an obedient dog who loves to work for you. Training pups and adult dogs is only a small part of what we do. The most important part of what we do is to help the clients help their dogs. Michele is an AKC evaluator for the Canine Good Citizen program, Trick Dog titles, and AKC Dogfit Instructor.

Training this rescue dog from Paws and Hooves Animal Rescue Inc. Sweet tempered, but she is afraid of everything. Trying to build some stability to environmental noises in new spaces. First video, is first week, second video is 10 days later. Trying to move the same exercises outside the controlled environment and keep the tail wagging heart and soul.

Here is a little fun free shaping game teaching crawl under. Obvious is how the dog works with the successive approximations that were previously rewarded, and exercises she already does with the ladder. This is the third session on this. Yes: for my clients whom I tell do not speak too much; sometimes, I too, speak too much.
