We are deeply saddened to share the news of the passing of Peter A. Serefine, our beloved CEO and Founder of the Bellefonte Dog Park Association.

Peter’s vision, leadership, and unwavering dedication were the heart of our organization. His passion for creating a safe, joyful space for dogs and their people brought countless smiles to our community. More than just a founder, Peter was a friend, a mentor, and a tireless advocate for the values that made our association what it is today.

Our hearts go out to the Serefine family during this incredibly difficult time. We mourn with you, and we honor Peter’s legacy by doing our best to carry his vision forward in the weeks and months ahead.

We will share updates about the Dog Park’s status as soon as we are able. For now, we ask for your patience and continued support as we grieve this tremendous loss.
