I traded a young doe for this little boy, who is about 3-months-old. Is this color considered seal, I wonder? He wasn't in the sun, so he's not faded black. His mother is a similar color. I'm struggling with a name for him. He's sweet.

It was way too hot to be messing with bunnies, but we finally had a nice day and I got some new pictures...this is Persephone, a lilac otter Rex doe, born the first day of spring 2026... She's already bigger than her little mama Nutmeg, who she still lives with since I'm short on cage space. Her daddy Waylon, a self lilac, is a big boy so she takes after him. Nutmeg is castor, out of a black otter doe named Marceline who passed away awhile ago, relatively young, and I'm not sure why.
