ited until the puppy is 3 wks. of age. All of our dogs are authentic AKC registered Dachshunds. We offer puppies 8 wks. of age or older, also we offer adults from time to time. Stud Service is available to approved AKC registered dams. We are a USDA licensed, and inspected small in home kennel, Explanation: Anyone who owns , raises, boards, transfers, sells or even gives away 26 or more dogs/puppies in a calendar year is a kennel. I am in full compliance of all dog laws. I am AKC inspected, and in full compliance. I am considered a small in home business, so I must charge .06% sales tax on the dollar. I just want you to know just because I am considered a kennel mostly all breeders are, there's legal breeders in every State, and there's illegal breeders in every State. All having a kennel license, and business means is I do it by the law. If you are selling something you should report your earnings, and also if you are taking care of a bigger amount of dogs, then YES you should be POP inspected to make sure you are keeping up on your dogs vaccines, rabies etc. I never know when a dog warden will show up at my door. It keeps a breeder on their toes, and that's what the USDA want.
