📅 Lesson & Make-Up Policy Update To better organize scheduling and make sure everyone has a fair opportunity to make up missed lessons, we are implementing a new system: If a lesson needs to be rescheduled due to weather or a scheduling conflict, you will receive a link to book your make-up lesson online.

Make-up options: • Private Lesson: Available the following Monday • Group Make-Up Lessons:
• Wednesday at 6:30 PM for 30 minute make ups
• Thursday at 6:00 PM for hour make ups

💳 Monthly Package Payments: If you are enrolled in a monthly package, invoices will be sent out on the 1st of each month. Accepted payment methods:
• Cash • Cash App • Card (+$2 processing fee)

📢 Important Update – Payment Policies & Lesson Structure 📢
Hi everyone! I wanted to take a moment to share some important updates regarding our payment policies and lesson structure. These changes are necessary to help keep things running smoothly and ensure I can continue providing the best care for our horses and quality experiences for all of you.
Due to several instances of late payments for lessons, rentals, and parties, we will now be implementing a more structured and strict payment policy.

🎉 Parties & Rentals:
• Full payment is due 1 hour before your party start time
• If paying cash, payment is due upon arrival
• We will no longer accept checks for parties or bounce house rentals (cash or card only)
• No dates will be held without a deposit (Cash App or card only)

🐴 Riding Lessons:
• Payment is due before each lesson begins
• Monthly clients must submit full payment by the 1st of each month
• All make-up lessons will be scheduled for Mondays
• If Mondays do not work for you, I can find a time for you to share a lesson with another rider
• All make-up lessons must be completed before the next month
• If you are not paying monthly, no discounted rate will apply, and full payment is required before each lesson

💳 EFA Fund Clients:
• I will no longer accept direct pay
• Paid invoices will be provided for reimbursement only

📲 New Scheduling and Payment System:
I am currently working on a new scheduling platform and Payment System to help keep everything more organized. I hope top have it up and running by the end of the week! I will need everyone’s phone number and email so I can add you to the system. Please send that information to me as soon as possible if you haven’t already.

I truly appreciate your understanding as I make these changes. This business is my livelihood and how I care for my animals, so it’s important for me to stay organized and consistent with scheduling and payments. I take responsibility for being too laid back in the past, and I’m working to improve moving forward.

Join us at Cypress Creek Stables for an unforgettable summer horse camp experience! This camp is perfect for beginner to intermediate riders looking to learn, grow, and have FUN in a safe and supportive environment.

✨ Camp Highlights:
• Fundamentals of horsemanship
• Horseback games & activities
• Crafts, water slide & bounce house
• Hands-on learning with horses

We are so excited to be adding an Advanced Horse Camp this year!🐴✨ This is the perfect chance for riders to enhance their skills, build confidence in the arena, and have an unforgettable time making new friends and memories!

Camp will feature guest instructors Jenna Johnson for a barrel racing class Thursday from 5pm-7pm and Micheal Altom for calf roping class Wednesday from 2pm-4pm. Riders will also work on pole bending and overall horsemanship Thursday from 1pm-3pm, then show off everything they’ve learned in a fun horse show on the final day! 🏆

The horse show will be held Friday from 4–7 PM, and parents are encouraged to come watch and support their riders! 🤠 Prizes and ribbons will be awarded to each participant! 🎖️

We’ll have games and activities throughout camp, plus a snack provided each day! we ill also have a water slide Wednesday! 💦

This camp is for advanced riders only — participants must be able to walk, trot, and lope without assistance.

Bringing your own horse? You’ll need to provide your own feed and hay, and overnight stalls are available for $15 per night.

A $90 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot.

Loaded up and ready for another petting zoo! 🐐🐰❤️

We’re excited to now offer a smaller petting zoo option that’s perfect for toddler parties and smaller events. Our Tiny Tails Package includes 6 small animals such as rabbits, chickens, ducks, a pig, and a goat. This package is $225 for 1.5 hours, and there is no mileage fee for locations within 30 miles. 🚚🐾

March is almost fully booked with only one date remaining, and April is filling up quickly as well—so be sure to reserve your spot soon! 📅

As many of you know, I have a hard time saying no to an animal in need. This week has been especially full of rescues—first the puppy, and now this sweet old girl. This is Sugar (no, not Pearl—just her twin!). Her owner was an elderly gentleman who loved her deeply but could no longer physically care for her. He did the very best he could and ultimately wanted to make sure she found a safe, loving home.

Sugar is currently very underweight and has not had dental care in several years. She has several teeth that urgently need attention so she can begin gaining weight comfortably. In addition, she needs to be dewormed, have her hooves trimmed, and be started on a special feed and weight-gain supplement. These expenses add up quickly, so if you feel led to donate, please know that every single cent goes directly back into caring for all the rescues. These animals depend on us, and I am truly grateful for any help. Donations for Sugar can be made through my Cash App, directly to my dentist, directly to my farrier, or by donating a bag of feed—I’m happy to share exactly what she eats. Anything helps more than you know.

As for the puppy, no one has come forward to claim him. He really needs veterinary care, as he is very wormy and appears to have been attacked at some point—likely by another dog or possibly a coyote. He has healing puncture wounds and significant scar tissue around his neck. He will also need to be neutered. If you’d like to help with his care, donations can be made through my Cash App, directly to Honey Hill Veterinary Clinic, or by donating food or toys—he absolutely loves to play.

Thank you to everyone who continually supports my rescue efforts. I am incredibly blessed to be able to help animals who have been overlooked or cast aside. Seeing any animal suffer breaks my heart. I wish I could do more, but as just one person, your support—no matter how small—truly makes a difference. 💛
