🚨 I have 2 evening lesson spots available!🚨

I have 2 weekly evening lesson spots for riders looking to take either 30-minute or 1-hour lessons. Whether you're brand new to horses or looking to build your skills, I'd love to help you reach your goals!

Also, I wanted to apologize to anyone whose text or Facebook message I may have missed lately. Running Cypress Creek Stables is truly a one woman show, and most days I'm outside for 10+ hours teaching lessons, riding horses, caring for the animals, and keeping everything running. Sometimes it's hard to keep up with messages, but I promise I'm never intentionally ignoring anyone.

If you've been waiting to hear back from me or you're interested in one of these lesson spots, send me a message! And if you don't get a response within a day or two, please don't be afraid to send me another message. Sometimes Facebook hides messages or they simply get buried, and I appreciate the reminder. ❤️

📣Important Mobile Petting Zoo Update📣

Due to the extreme summer temperatures, we have made the decision to pause all mobile petting zoo bookings through the end of August.

The health, safety, and comfort of our animals are our highest priority. Traveling in a hot trailer and spending extended time in the heat puts them at risk of heatstroke, and we will always choose what's best for them.

The good news is we're still booking parties and events here at the barn! Our animals are much more comfortable in their own environment, where they have access to shade, fresh water, and can stay cool without the added stress of travel.

Thank you all for understanding and supporting our decision to put our animals' comfort and safety first. We can't wait to start bringing the mobile petting zoo back out once the weather cools down! 🐴🐐🐰

📅 Lesson & Make-Up Policy Update To better organize scheduling and make sure everyone has a fair opportunity to make up missed lessons, we are implementing a new system: If a lesson needs to be rescheduled due to weather or a scheduling conflict, you will receive a link to book your make-up lesson online.

Make-up options: • Private Lesson: Available the following Monday • Group Make-Up Lessons:
• Wednesday at 6:30 PM for 30 minute make ups
• Thursday at 6:00 PM for hour make ups

💳 Monthly Package Payments: If you are enrolled in a monthly package, invoices will be sent out on the 1st of each month. Accepted payment methods:
• Cash • Cash App • Card (+$2 processing fee)

📢 Important Update – Payment Policies & Lesson Structure 📢
Hi everyone! I wanted to take a moment to share some important updates regarding our payment policies and lesson structure. These changes are necessary to help keep things running smoothly and ensure I can continue providing the best care for our horses and quality experiences for all of you.
Due to several instances of late payments for lessons, rentals, and parties, we will now be implementing a more structured and strict payment policy.

🎉 Parties & Rentals:
• Full payment is due 1 hour before your party start time
• If paying cash, payment is due upon arrival
• We will no longer accept checks for parties or bounce house rentals (cash or card only)
• No dates will be held without a deposit (Cash App or card only)

🐴 Riding Lessons:
• Payment is due before each lesson begins
• Monthly clients must submit full payment by the 1st of each month
• All make-up lessons will be scheduled for Mondays
• If Mondays do not work for you, I can find a time for you to share a lesson with another rider
• All make-up lessons must be completed before the next month
• If you are not paying monthly, no discounted rate will apply, and full payment is required before each lesson

💳 EFA Fund Clients:
• I will no longer accept direct pay
• Paid invoices will be provided for reimbursement only

📲 New Scheduling and Payment System:
I am currently working on a new scheduling platform and Payment System to help keep everything more organized. I hope top have it up and running by the end of the week! I will need everyone’s phone number and email so I can add you to the system. Please send that information to me as soon as possible if you haven’t already.

I truly appreciate your understanding as I make these changes. This business is my livelihood and how I care for my animals, so it’s important for me to stay organized and consistent with scheduling and payments. I take responsibility for being too laid back in the past, and I’m working to improve moving forward.

Join us at Cypress Creek Stables for an unforgettable summer horse camp experience! This camp is perfect for beginner to intermediate riders looking to learn, grow, and have FUN in a safe and supportive environment.

✨ Camp Highlights:
• Fundamentals of horsemanship
• Horseback games & activities
• Crafts, water slide & bounce house
• Hands-on learning with horses
• Lunch provided each day

📅 Camp Dates:
• June 8 & 9
• July 20 & 21

We are so excited to be adding an Advanced Horse Camp this year!🐴✨ This is the perfect chance for riders to enhance their skills, build confidence in the arena, and have an unforgettable time making new friends and memories!

Camp will feature guest instructors Jenna Johnson for a barrel racing class Thursday from 5pm-7pm and Micheal Altom for calf roping class Wednesday from 2pm-4pm. Riders will also work on pole bending and overall horsemanship Thursday from 1pm-3pm, then show off everything they’ve learned in a fun horse show on the final day! 🏆

The horse show will be held Friday from 4–7 PM, and parents are encouraged to come watch and support their riders! 🤠 Prizes and ribbons will be awarded to each participant! 🎖️

We’ll have games and activities throughout camp, plus a snack provided each day! we ill also have a water slide Wednesday! 💦

This camp is for advanced riders only — participants must be able to walk, trot, and lope without assistance.

Bringing your own horse? You’ll need to provide your own feed and hay, and overnight stalls are available for $15 per night.

A $90 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot.
