I work with both you, the owner and your pup so you learn to trust each other and build more of a solid foundation in your relationship. I use positive reinforcement methods like treats, toys, praise, positive attention to get your dog to do what YOU want.

Please share. Our shelters are full, we have literally zero foster offers, and dogs are dying. If you’ve ever considered fostering before, now is the time to apply. You can simply submit a generic foster application and we will help pair you with a match for your family. Fostering is free. We provide all necessary supplies and we also pay for all medical visits with our partner vets.

We need longterm fosters (foster until dog is adopted by another family), foster to adopters (foster as a trial to see if you will adopt that dog), medical fosters (willing to foster dogs who need vet visits more often or who have special needs), and emergency short term fosters (willing to foster for a few nights until we can find something longterm).

The Dog Diva - Certified dog training

It’s important that owners and pets have a trusting relationship with each other. Basic canine obedience training helps build that foundation. It’s the first step in getting to know each other. A lot of dogs (60%) are surrendered because of “bad” behavior. This “bad” behavior comes from just being a dog, and not knowing what is wanted of them. This is where I step in. The Dog Diva teaches you communicate with your dog with positive reinforcement methods and helps you and your dog begin understand each other. I teach you how to get what you want from your pup in a fun and positive way.
