Little Daisy, about a year old, was rescued from a rather appalling hoarder. She didn't get enough human interaction in her earlier life, so it took her a while to get out of her shell in her foster home, but, once she did, she embraced being pet, enjoyed playing with toys, and gradually became more comfortable in her surroundings. Daisy tends to withdraw when she's around other cats, so she should be the sole princess of her feline castle. She gets easily startled by sudden noises, so she would probably do best adopted into a quiet environment without the bustle of young children, and by someone with enough patience to help her adjust to her new home. She would not do well consistently unaccompanied for long periods of time. Daisy is a sweet girl who oozes cuteness. Whoever adopts her will gain a loving, faithful family member for life.
She has
- been spayed
- been vaccinated as age-appropriate
- tested negative for FeLV and FIV.
- been treated for fleas and worms
Her adopter will receive her medical records. There is a simple adoption process and an adoption fee so we can continue to help cats in need. Her adoption fee has been reduced to a mere $165-- a bargain for a new best friend who will be a devoted companion for life! She's being fostered in Cambridge.
