It has been brought to our attention that a client has been making derogatory statements about not being seen at the time they had walked in. Please understand that we are not an urgent care clinic - there are times during the day we may not be able to see a walk-in appointment. From 12pm - 3pm everyday we are in surgeries.
Friday, due to the holidays, there was only one doctor in the clinic & she was in surgery during the time the client walked into our clinic. This resulted in our doctor not being able to see the client immediately.
Please always call to make an appointment or at least call & check in with a receptionist before arriving. Receptionists can help make sure you arrive at a time that will allow you to be seen as soon as possible.
