Did you know your dog’s mid to lower back is one of the most common areas for tension and discomfort?

Here’s why:
👉 The lumbar spine works hard—whether your dog is running, jumping, or just holding their posture.
👉 Stress, anxiety, and even pain in other areas (like hips or knees) can cause your dog to compensate and overload their back muscles.
👉 Dogs with poor posture, weak core strength, or too much (or too little!) exercise often carry that strain in their back.

Some signs of back tension:
⚠️ Reluctance to jump or climb stairs
⚠️ Sensitivity when touched along the spine
⚠️ Arched or hunched posture
⚠️ “Bunny hopping” or stiffness
