I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Sophia Chilas. I’m a mother of a very beautiful & talented 19 year old. I usually only reference her on here as DivaRu.
I’ve been a hairdresser for 30years and only am behind the chair very part time. I only accept new guests if they’re from a referral.
I now do in home care giving which has been so nice & such a great change in my path. It’s been great helping others.
Now on to the dog side of my life:
I started breeding & showing dogs accidentally, wasn’t ever something I ever thought of until I had a litter of EB’s all by myself. I knew no one. I followed a cpl breeders online, watched a lot of YouTube videos, and read a lot of books, that was it. I fell in love with English Bulldogs ever since I got my Gabby girl.
Eventually one of those breeders ended up being one of my best friends & mentors. And now here I am traveling & showing up with my dogs, chasing titles.
I have 2 French Bulldogs. Norma Jean is a multi registered champion & a TOP 10 UKC 2025 FB. I also have Vixens DiMaggio who is beautiful & is blind in one eye due to an attack. I still show him as it’s not a default on frenchies in the show ring, even though I feel at times they judge against him for it. It is what it is.
I also have my beautiful & very pregnant English Bulldog LOK’s Boujee Bling who is also a multi registered champion & also is an ABKC TOP 10 English Bulldog in 2024, Top 10 BRC EB 2025, and a Top 10 ALL BREED USBR 2025.
I also have one of her sons BBK’s Silver Linings Shining Slate who is almost 8 months old and is on his way to a championship title as well.
I am a one woman operation. I whelp my own dogs & I show all my dogs by myself, usually. There are occasions that I do have to ask help to show them if my two frenchies have to go in the ring together, and now possibly one day my 2 EB’s.
I just want to say thank you to every single person who has helped me along the way. It’s been a wild ride, and one I do love.
