Hello everyone! Here I am again! I am enforcing a new no-show policy that will take effect immediately. I enforced a policy last year but have been lax in enforcing it but with the high number of no-shows, I now have no choice but to follow through with it. This is my job, my livelihood and my only source of income and like everyone else, I also have bills to pay. All I ask is that if you can't make your appointment, PLEASE give me 24hr. notice so that I can schedule someone else in your place. Some people have asked why I don't send out reminders. I have done that at times in the past but honestly, it is difficult as I work long hours and sending personal reminders is very time consuming. Here are some suggestions: Many clients will put their appointment card on their refrigerator, write it on a calendar or planner, put it on a post-it note or put it on their cell phone calendar.
