Hi, my name is Jessica and I am fundraising for my Great Dane, Apollo. Apollo turned 3 years old on April 15th and loves to go on long walks, playing in creeks, and being outdoors. We recently discovered during our walk that he was limping and struggling to put pressure on his back leg. We took him to the vet in which they told us he had an infection in his toe. A week later the swelling had not gone down and the medication he was on wasn’t working. We took him back to the vet and they took x-rays. They discovered that his toe has a severe fracture, with a dislocation, and has some bone particles missing. They are highly recommending surgery because he is such a large dog and his weight bares on his back legs and paws. We are trying to raise some money to help with the cost of his surgery and medications. Any donation helps and is greatly appreciated!
