Day #3 of the barrel clinic was the most fun yet! We worked on maintaining speed through the pattern. Being comfortable and confident in yourself and every speed is so important for barrels! These girls even got a little time out of the arena to race each other a little. I think both riders and horses are tired of the heat though!

We currently have openings available and are excited to welcome new riders into our lesson program! Whether you're just starting out or looking to advance your skills, we offer a safe, supportive, and professional environment for riders ages 4 and up.

Our program specializes in barrel racing, with a strong foundation in horsemanship, balance, and control. We welcome beginners as well as experienced riders looking to sharpen their skills.

Lesson Details:

✅ Pricing: $50 per lesson or a package of 4 lessons for $180
✅ Private instruction tailored to each rider’s level and goals

People ask me pretty often what is the most common problem horses come to me with. Being hard to catch is by far the biggest. How do I fix it? Groundwork. Lunging for 30-45 minutes a few times a week will do wonders for your relationship with your horse. Disco here is by far one of the hardest horses to catch and connect with, but after just 2 and a half weeks we’ve cut down our time in the pasture from 30 minutes of trying to catch her to 10 on a bad day. Can’t wait to see what another couple weeks does for her.
