Sam’s Club is officially coming to Banning as the anchor tenant for the new Sunset Crossroads development. The project is expected to bring hundreds of jobs, major new tax revenue, and expanded affordable shopping options for local families. City leaders say Sam’s Club will help attract more businesses and amenities to the area while supporting long‑term economic growth, improved infrastructure, and enhanced public services.
